Spring is my favorite season of the year! During our last vacation, one of the restaurants had these gorgeous strawberries that were cut out to look like roses. Ooh, I love it! If I closed my eyes with this little lunch I could imagine myself vacationing some place warm and fabulous...and maybe a glass of bubbly..hehehe.But eyes open and I'm still snow bound, cold and now hungry!LoL
