This is the last bento for 2011. One of our family traditions is to recap everything we are thankful for on Christmas,even thankful for the air we  breathe in.I told N to think about all what he is thankful for in school today.Packed in Paperchase lunchbox.

Bento Lunch: Santa 12-20

Being busy like everyone else, business picking up, last minute shopping, cleaning the house etc, I am drained but in great spirit. Here is a simple bento for half day school.Packed in blue lunch box that I purchased from allthingsforsale.com

• Pocket sandwiches with ham and Colby longhorn cheese. Made with dumpling maker. Topped with Asiago cheese Santa face.
• L- Blueberries (these will be last of the blueberries and I am going to wait till next season to buy those grown in the USA.Yes, I am biased but these imported ones are a little sour and does not taste as good) .
• M-Gingerbread cookies.
• R- Edamame.

Happy Friday!Goodness,these Godiva chocolates are so good and I'm planning to get more today. They are limited edition Godiva Gems Peppermint Truffles(White Chocolate with creamy candy cane filling). Bento Lunch: Gingerbread Boy & Girl under Mistletoe 12-15

While I was trying to color the skirt for the girl,the red ran out and I used red sparkle gel instead. Boss(we sometimes call him boss,Angel boy etc) was quite specific that he wanted a mistletoe and thankfully I had a pick. No way I could cut out a mistletoe (^-^). Packed in LegoBox.

• Gingerbread boy and girl with asiago cheese clothing,candy eyes

Bento Lunch: Dino Nuggets 12-14

Nick told me he did not want bread today and preferred nuggets instead. I had to add some simple festive decorations^_^ Besides,he is the only one who likes/eats the gingerbread marshmallows.Packed in double tier Mickey and Friends lunch box.

Changed Blog Name

Earlier this blog was Ameriasian-Bento.Decided to change name 'cause I have been making bento lunches for our son only instead of hubby and myself. When I started bento-ing I though that I'll make for us too but instead we usually meet up for lunch or have lunch at home which we call 'lunch date'.
