Shinkansen Bento

My friend in Japan sent me this cute Shinkansen ( Japanese Bullet Train) bento box several years ago and I have always wanted to make a Shinkansen bento, and I finally did it! I'll admit that it was not easy for me since I had to free hand cut the train and the accents.

In this bento lunch:
  • Shinkansen train with cheese and nori accents. Seedless grapes below the train.
  • Flower shaped cucumber slices with carrot centers. Baby carrots under the flowers. Linked to BentoLunch.net
Here are the supplies that I used to make this lunch.
