Waffle Donut Bento, Breakfast for Lunch

I decided to give Nikolai's breakfast for lunch a little twist this time and made a couple of Eggo blueberry waffles look like a donut by cutting the center out with a small circle shaped cookie cutter, and made it two layers with a middle of creme cheese.

It couldn't be much easier; take Eggo Blueberry waffles from freezer, toast two and let cool. Spread creme cheese on one and cover with the other, then cut center with circle cutter. These are really tasty, and I made one for myself :) I packed his and mine in our Easylunchboxes containers and I of course used the one with the pink lid, my favorite color.

Waffle donut breafast for lunch, Bento School Lunches
In this bento:
  • Eggo Blueberry Waffle with creme cheese 'donut'.
  • Sugar-snap peas and baby carrots with ranch in small container.
  • Apple slices and black grapes with a donut pick.
Here are the supplies that I used to create and pack this lunch.
