It couldn't be much easier; take Eggo Blueberry waffles from freezer, toast two and let cool. Spread creme cheese on one and cover with the other, then cut center with circle cutter. These are really tasty, and I made one for myself :) I packed his and mine in our Easylunchboxes containers and I of course used the one with the pink lid, my favorite color.
- Eggo Blueberry Waffle with creme cheese 'donut'.
- Sugar-snap peas and baby carrots with ranch in small container.
- Apple slices and black grapes with a donut pick.
