Bento Lunch: Talk Like Pirate Day Bento And Giveaway!

It is International Talk Like A Pirate Day today, Bento Bloggers and Friends are having our blog hop with a Giveaway!

When its time for N to drop anchor for a bite to eat, he'll find this pirate theme lunch!

In this bento: Clockwise from top left - Cucumber map with carrot X-marker. Watermelon boats on sea of blueberries. Free hand cut Pirate ship sandwich of turkey and Colby cheese and treasure chest with Colby coins on nori sea under clear sky with provolone clouds. Packed in Easylunchboxes.

We Buccaneers in this here Hop each has a piece of a treasure map! To get your hands on the treasure you'll need to "collect" each piece and put 'em together in the right order to find it! You'll want some parchment and a quill, to keep a log with each clue and each number, because there are 39 of us scurvy pirates running amok with 39 pieces o' the map to collect! Of these, 37 pieces will guide you to the hidden treasure (by spelling out the URL where you can enter to win!) and there are 2 other bonus pieces with the "secret passwords" to get two chances to win some pirate booty! Below you will find my piece o' the map.

Arrrrh! Ya got yer grip on my piece?  Take it along to another o' me mates! You can find here or click the Pirate flag below!

The Giveaway runs this week only, ending Sunday night at Midnight EST

  13. That map is great! So creative! I never would have thought to use an ark cutter for the boat! All I thought I had was a steam boat cutter, so I didn't bother! Great use of creativity!
