Bento Lunch: Simple Puzzle Bento

I have made several puzzle bentos before and since I have pumpernickel bread on hand, this is a different version using the same cutter. These are couple of my previous puzzle lunches, here and here.
I used the Mini-dippers as a small jello mold which worked out well and convenient for easy grab and go or in my case oversleep,lol :)

In this bento:

• Cucumber slices.
• Jello with heart shaped organic fruit leather in Mini-dippers.
• Puzzle shaped sandwich with Italian and Pumpernickel bread. 
• Granola snack bar and a banana. Packed in an EasyLunchBoxes container. Linking to BentoLunch.net
